Capped products – carry over data

• If you have chosen a capped Fibre, LTE or ADSL product, you may be wondering how any unused data from your monthly data cap is treated.

  We call this unused data, carry over data, and it works like this.

  • Fibre, LTE and ADSL data are treated in the same way
  • Unused data caps are carried over for 1 additional calendar month
  • This includes unused data from the products monthly base cap AND any additional boosters purchased
  • LTE night time/ night surfer data is not carried over

  Customers can track their data usage via their online account.
