Free-to-use Router
Returning Hardware
Free-to-use routers and Hardware Rentals are provided for use while your service is active.
Should the router break, be stolen, or be damaged by lightning, we’ll replace it for free up to a maximum of two occasions.
If you choose to cancel your service, you will incur a charge for the router unless it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
Please note the following requirements when returning your router or rented hardware:
Important: Returning your router within 20 days helps you avoid additional charges.
If a router has already been delivered, please ensure it is returned within 20 days of your order cancellation.

Mweb has a calendar-month cancellation policy.
This applies to all Fibre and LTE sign-ups.

Please note: If your service was suspended due to non-payment, you will be required to return the router. If it is not returned, you will be billed for it.
You can place your notice of cancellation one calendar month before the date of cancellation via your Online Account.

The Nology address listed below is only for returning Mweb hardware. Nology is not a Mweb customer service branch and cannot assist with billing, cancellations, technical support, fibre faults, account queries, router setup, or service-related issues.
