Track Your Order

  • Check your Mweb order status in a few simple steps.

    You can easily track your fibre or router order directly from your Online Account, without needing to contact support.

    Step-by-Step: Track Your Order

    1. Log in to your Online Account

    Go to https://my.mweb.co.za and sign in using your Mweb details or your Google account.

    2. Go to “My Orders”

    From the left-hand menu, click:
    My Services > My Orders

    3. View Your Current and Previous Orders

    In the My Orders section, you’ll see:

    • Your Order Number
    • The product you ordered (for example, Fibre)
    • The Order Status (for example, Provisioning)
    • The order date

    Understanding Your Order Status

    Here’s what the most common statuses mean:

    • Provisioning
      Your service is being set up and prepared for activation
    • In progress
      Your order is actively being worked on
    • Awaiting installation
      The fibre provider is scheduling your installation
    • Out for delivery
      Your router is on the way
    • Completed
      Your service is active and ready to use
  • Good to Know

    • Fibre orders depend on the fibre network operator, so timelines can vary
    • Provisioning typically happens after installation or router delivery
    • You’ll also receive important updates via SMS and email
