How to track the status and progress of your Mweb Product order
If you are a new customer who’s placed an order for the first time OR an existing customer who’s made a change to your product, converted to Fibre or LTE or bought a new product, the best way to check the status of your order is by checking your order status online.
You can access this online order tracking via 2 ways:
1: When you have completed your order, you will be sent an email to the email address indicated. This will include a unique link that will take you straight to your online order tracking status
OR:
2: You can access this same link via your Mweb online account.

Once you have logged into your online order tracking, you will be able to view all the details.. Each order is broken down into the different stages involved in the product journey and includes dates and status, with more information available.
