How to Track your Order with the Mweb Mobile App

• We know that the worst part about placing an order for a new service, is not knowing how far things are, or if you need to follow up again.

  That’s why we’ve put order tracking at your fingertips in our new Mobile App.

  It’s so easy, you probably won’t even need this guide:

• If you don’t already have the Mweb Mobile App download it from your favourite App Store and follow this guide to get started.

  The Orders Screen

  The Orders Screen displays a summary of your Open orders and their current status.

  Select Track Order to see the detailed status of an Open order

  Order History

  You can also scroll down to see your order history

  Detailed Order Status

  Track Order will show you detailed progress on your order and next steps.

  Supporting Document Uploads

  If we require supporting documents for your order, you can simply upload them, directly from the Order detail screen
