    • How to signup for VUMA Reach?

    • You can sign up with Mweb here. Step 1: Check availability. Step 2: Select your package. Step 3: Complete online signup. Step 4: make secure payment via credit or debit card. Access starts when product goes active, no loss on your end.
    • Can you make payment after signing up?

    • If you do not pay immediately after signing up, you will have a 14-day grace period to make payment via the Mweb website. Step 1: Login in to Mweb here. Step 2: enter your username and password which you received via SMS upon signup. Step 3: click on the “Messages” tab. Step 4: click on "Complete Payment”. Step 5: You will be directed to a secure payment gateway to complete payment.
    • How is VUMA Reach Installed?

    • VUMA Reach installs the Fibre cables in the road outside your home and when you place your first order, VUMA Reach installers will come and install Fibre into your home, as well as a device called an ONT. There are no installation or connection costs and you don’t need a router.
    • How many devices can I connect at once?

    • You can connect up to ten devices.
    • How does activation work?

    • Once the installer has completed your installation, Mweb will activate your service. You will be sent SMS’s and emails to tell you when your product is active.
  • How to Change your Vuma Reach WiFi Password on our Website?

    Login to Mweb here.
    Step 1: Enter your username and password which you received via SMS upon signup.
    Step 2: Select the Full Access option and insert the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
    Step 3: In the My Products block, click on View Products
    Step 4: Click the gear icon next to your Vuma Reach product
    * Click the Save button once you have inserted the new password.
  • How to Change your Vuma Reach WiFi Password using the MWEB App?

    Open the MWEB app and login.
    Step 1: Tap your Vuma Reach product
    Step 2: Tap View More Details
    Step 3: Tap Wifi Details
    Step 4: Tap on View Password
