How to Update Your Bank Details

• If you need to change your debit order details, you can update them in your Online Account.

  Log in to your Online Account

  1. Go to my.mweb.co.za and log in.
  2. On the left-hand menu, click My Billing.
  3. Under Payment Details, click Update Details.

  Enter Your New Bank Details

  • Select your Bank Name.
  • Enter the Account Holder name.
  • Enter your Account Number.
  • Provide the Universal Branch Code.
  • Choose the Debit Order Account Type (Cheque/Current, Savings, or Transmission).
  • Select your Collection Date (1st, 27th, or Last Working Day of the Month).

  Accept the Debit Order Mandate

  • Tick the box to confirm you accept the terms and conditions.
  • Then click Update.

  Confirmation

  You’ll see a confirmation message that your request is being processed.
• • Make sure your details are correct to avoid payment failures.
  • Your new debit order details will apply from your next billing cycle.
  • A copy of the Debit Order Mandate will also be emailed to you for your records.
