How to update your banking details

  • Have your banking details changed? To update your payment method simply login to our self-service portal at and follow the easy guide below:

    Customer Dashboard

    Once you are logged in, select Admin -> Billing from the menu bar.

  • Please note that Debit Order is Mweb’s preferred payment method and the following rules apply:

    • Customers who are already paying via debit order will not see the prompt to change payment method and can only update their banking details.
    • Customers who are currently cash payers can only change from cash to debit order.
    • Customers who were previously allowed to pay via credit card can either change to debit order, or change to new credit card details.
