If you’re unable to send emails while connected through Mweb, it’s likely because your email address is hosted by another provider (like Telkom). According to international RFC email standards, you must use your email provider’s SMTP server to send mail, not the one from your connection ISP. Update your outgoing mail settings to match your email provider to fix the issue.
